When you place a pre-order or browse our site, we may collect:

• Order details — name, email, phone number, city/region and delivery address.
• Order content — the items, sizes and value of your pre-order.
• Technical & marketing data — IP-derived information, browser/user agent, language, time zone, screen size, referral source and campaign parameters (UTM), and advertising identifiers from cookies (e.g. Meta _fbp/_fbc).

• To process and fulfil your order — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To contact you about your pre-order and our launch — contract / legitimate interest.
• Analytics & advertising measurement — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in improving and promoting our products.

We use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand how our site is used and to measure advertising. As part of conversion measurement, we also send event data to Meta server-side via its Conversions API. This may include your email and phone number in hashed (irreversible) form, used solely to match events and improve measurement accuracy. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We share data only with processors that help us operate, including:

• Meta Platforms — advertising and conversion measurement.
• Google — analytics.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations, and analytics/marketing data for no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@savas.store. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
