Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, notify us before the period expires by email at info@savas.store with your order details. A clear written statement is sufficient.

After notifying us, please return the goods within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. We will provide the return address when you contact us. Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we refund the amount paid (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

For pre-orders, you may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund — simply email us. The 14-day withdrawal period above applies from the day you receive the delivered goods.

In line with EU law, items that are custom-made or personalised to your specifications (for example made-to-measure tailoring) are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty. We will make any such exclusion clear before you order.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the statutory 2-year EU guarantee. Contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
