How and when your SAVAS order reaches you.

SAVAS is currently accepting pre-orders ahead of our full online launch. The terms below describe how shipping and delivery will work for your order. We will confirm exact dispatch timing with you by email (info@savas.store) or WhatsApp once your order is finalised.
Where we ship
We ship across the European Union and, on request, to selected destinations worldwide. Orders are fulfilled by SAVAS, Türkiye.
Processing & dispatch time
In-stock items are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces (including suits and wedding suits) may require a longer lead time; we confirm the estimated date before your order is processed.
Delivery times & carriers
Orders are sent with established couriers (such as DHL, UPS or DPD). Typical transit times within the EU are 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. A tracking link is provided once your parcel ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (if any) are shown before you confirm your order. For pre-orders, the final shipping cost is confirmed together with your dispatch date.
Duties & taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply and any applicable VAT is included in the price you are quoted — there are no surprise charges on delivery. For destinations outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
