We are currently accepting pre-orders ahead of our online launch. Submitting a pre-order places a request, not a binding sale; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable), in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU consumers. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information are correct; in the event of an obvious error we will inform you and you may confirm or cancel the order.

Our garments are designed and crafted in Türkiye. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour, fabric or finish may occur, particularly for natural materials such as leather and wool.

Your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year guarantee, are described in our Returns & Refunds policy and are not affected by these terms.

All content on this website — including the SAVAS name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to SAVAS and may not be used without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
